Dr. Hall grew up in Melba, Idaho, and pursued his optometry education at Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR, supported by a scholarship from the US Air Force. After graduating in 2001, he served on active duty for three years before returning to the Treasure Valley in 2005 to practice optometry.
